If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. This applies to your initial purchase of a paid plan.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or
2. Contact our support team and we will help you through the process.

After your refund

Once approved, your subscription is canceled and access to paid features ends. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within the timeframe set by your bank or card issuer.

Renewals

You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
