We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing. We only share data with the limited service providers strictly required to run Diamond Development (listed below).

Diamond Development is operated by Vehicle express autos, llc("we", "us", "our"), acting as the data controller for personal data collected through the service.

2. What we collect

• Account data: name, email, login credentials.
• Player profile data: player name, birthdate, position, team, jersey number, throwing/batting hand.
• Performance data: swing/pitch videos you upload, metrics you record, AI-generated analysis.
• Support messages you send us.
• Usage and device data: IP address, browser/device identifiers, basic telemetry.
• Billing data: handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record — we do not store full card details.

3. Why we use it

• Create and operate your account — contract.
• Provide AI analysis, store videos, track player development — contract.
• Customer support — contract / legitimate interest.
• Security, fraud prevention, abuse mitigation — legitimate interest.
• Service improvement — legitimate interest.
• Legal, tax, and accounting compliance — legal obligation.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information and we do not share it with third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketers. The only recipients are:

• Paddle — our Merchant of Record for checkout, billing, tax, and invoicing.
• Infrastructure providers — hosting, database, file storage, and AI model providers strictly used to deliver the service.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where reasonably necessary.
• Authorities only where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for a short period afterward to meet legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. Videos and metrics are deleted or anonymized on request or shortly after account closure.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability of your data, and object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email shown in your account dashboard.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices — to protect your data.

8. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

9. Cookies

We use cookies strictly necessary to operate the service (authentication, session). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

10. Children's privacy

Player profiles may relate to minors. These profiles are created and managed by a parent, guardian, or coach who holds the account, and the data is used only to deliver the development-tracking service to that account holder. We do not market to children.

We may update this notice. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email.
